Phil_314
This team can't make any plays off the rush/transition anymore. There, fixed it for you. So many miscues out there, they looked more like rec league guys than professionals. Maybe they should work on tape-to-tape plays first or just go dump and chase, since it's a team full of grinding guys anyways.
Bob Singh
Don't fight the truth. You know it's true. what truth? So your trying to say Team Canada's potential starter isn't clutch anymore? why don't you leave...
Dragonfruits
if we're giving up hatty's to Perron and Vermette then Patrick Kane is probably going to get 6 goals on Wednesday 18 goals for Vermette 22 goals for Perron 24 goals for Kane point Perron and Vermette can score goals and almost close to Kane's totals
THERETOOL
rebuild on the fly .. the team management wants it , the fans want it ... the team needs it .. the owner will hate it .. as long as he's making money he will be happy ... and i guess thats his right .. it is a business .. but tonight its a sad business ... YEGCanuck
Man this sucks. I don't know what to say. Someone has to step up and start scoring some goals. Plus we need to want the puck more than the other team.
DeNiro
Edler - paid 5 million to be a 40-50 point defenseman - on pace for 20 points. Garrison - paid 4.5 million to be a powerplay QB - 3rd worst powerplay in the league Hamhuis - 4.5 million to be a top shutdown D-man - being outplayed by two undrafted kids Somethings gotta give. NTC or not, one of these guys have to be asked to waive it for the better of the team. We can't afford to spend this much on D and still give up this many goals. We need offense. D-Money
I don't know what the hell Garrison was doing tonight. Up at the blueline with your man going to the net? Seriously? Kass has got to stop thinking he's Thornton every time he makes a sweet dekes or pass. He invariably ends up trying stuff being his ability, and screwing up. Hansen, Kesler, and Higgins came so close, but the puck kept bouncing on them at the worst times. They also look tired. Got two goals from an unexpected source, and Bryzgalov looked shaky... but STILL couldn't do squat. Boy this team looks like it needs the Olympic break. Unfortunately the guys who need the break most are playing. Here's a thought: you played last night, got offense from Dalpe, and Sedin-Burrows ain't doing jack-all... why not give Dalpe more minutes??? rampage
This is what I mean. He's not clutch anymore. I remember the Dallas series where he was actually clutch. He's lost all of it. lol cant wait til you get banned for stupidity

Jack Fig
Ok. First of all, This is the NHL. Any team can beat any team on a given night. Saying the Canucks lost to Anaheim 9-1 and then the Jets beat Anaheim means nothing. That is the only game the Ducks have lost at home in regulation all season! And the Jets have been on fire since they fired their coach. They just beat chicago too. The Canucks also lost to the Ducks in Anaheim in overtime just two week prior and were just a minute away from being the first team to beat them in regulation. Secondly, the Canucks just aren't that good right now. They are not better than anyone( Calgary and Edmonton included) right now without Henrik in the lineup. I think Henrik's absence proves one big thing right now. At this point in their career Henrik is a vastly superior to Daniel. Daniel is just playing really bad right now and looks completely lost without his brother. He wasn't no bargain when Hank was in the lineup either. Takes more than 1 player to have a great pp Hamhuis was playing good until Edler and Stanton went down but yes he is still playing like crap despite a healthy defense Edler in and out due to injuries suspensions and learning a new system tough for him to settle in when he hasn't played the same amount of games as the rest of the defense
hockeyville88
Yikes Kesler is PO'ed in post game: "Stupid plays at stupid times." "They (Oilers) cheat. They cheat all over the ice. We can't turn pucks over at their blueline" "We need more from everybody. It's starts with the leadership group. We need everyone to play their A game"
