Krazz
Instead of watching the team limp off the ice in the first round again, playing mediocre hockey, I'd rather we just strip the team bare now, rebuild with a few key pieces and contend again in a couple of years. PhillipBlunt
Now with Luongo gone, the exodus begins. After all the trades are made and the Sedins remain, the truth will be obvious. If Canucks fans thought things suck now, just wait.
guesswhere
Dude, I'm a serial optimist as well but I just don't know. And I am a huge Luongo fan, I remember the graveyard and I also remember how quickly Lu turned it around and now the Canucks are a factory. Lu is by far the best, most professional, hardest working goalie we have ever had, but there aren't enough Luongo supporters. For every die hard Lu fan there are 10 people ****ing on him. So undeserved. I want Luongo to be traded and it will be a dark day but he deserves a fresh start. He never has had the recognition he deserved, not even close. Seems that way anyway, who knows what goes on behind the scenes. Just prepare yourself for a trade lol.. Intriguing timing on that post. Looks like you and Luongo just both got what you wanted. Nice words though, and I don't disagree with any of it.
Mispelled
Umm, Sakic, Yzerman, Towes, Maurice Richard, Gordie Howe, etc etc. There have been lots of epic captains who have been forwards. 'Epic' HHOFers cited...? I'm pretty sure you missed my point.
