If its true most likely will generate more revenue for Lions via merchandise. I don't know why many ex-NFL players don't come here. Like Tim Tebow would be a star here. Instead he is broadcasting now lol.

Because the CFL pays jack .... Tebow is probably going to get paid more by ESPN in one year than he'd make in 5 years in the CFL.

Not necessarily. Ricky Williams was supposed to dominate up here and didn't.

It's a very different game in the CFL.

All due respect. Williams was a RB. Johnson is a receiver. The CFL is a passing league. A lot harder to be a running back with 3 downs, than it is with 4. The CFL is not really tailored to the running game.

Maybe he should try out for the US Rugby Team? Maybe he'll learn how to become a team player for a change.

He wouldnt be a star here cuzz the dude cant throw. Nobody seems to get that about him. Terrible QB is terrible. He gets lucky and wins one playoff game, while putting up truly horrible numbers, and people think he can play suddenly. 40% completion percentage doesnt get you a job in any league.

Yeah, NFL retirees dont play ball in Canada to risk injury for pennies on the dollar.
