Canuckseeesh
curious as to what year you guys think the canucks did best in most will probably say in recent memory just last year due to subban, cassels, shinkaruk, horvat. right now it looks promising but what do you think about 2011? Nik Jensen, Corrado, Tommernes 2004 Schneider, Edler, Hansen what do you guys think the best year was

Tanev
By potential I'd say 2013. 2004 for results.
theminister
Why did you leave off Mike Brown in 2004? That was a good pick.
Absent Canuck
I would not count the 2010 to 2013 drafts. We just dont know how our picks will pan out yet. From 2000 to 2009 , I would argue 2004 was a pretty good draft for us.

BanTSN
It's 2004. However, Nonis drafted Schneider when he already had Luongo. Instead he should have drafted...Survey says...Dave Bolland.

I would like to check out the crystal ball that told Nonis in 2004 that he would trade Bert for Luongo in 2006

I agree with this. Though it's hard to know for sure, odds are that the 2013 draft will be known as a great one for years.

Azzy Mahmood
2007. Selecting Patrick White eventually nabbed us Ehrhoff, which helped us to a SCF. Plus, any time you make such an appalling and frankly laughable 1st round selection and turn it around to your advantage, you have to pat your own back. That was a fantastic trade. Not to mention, it also got us the Brad Lukowich goal!
