ELLIOTT!!!!!!!! I've wanted him to start since Buck got hurt (big surprise there). I'm hoping the Bombers can do what the Lions did last year.

Yes, the parity is good. Playoff contention might come down to the last week of the season :)

Chris Williams has been impressive this year pardon the fumbles

Is Joey Elliot WPG #1 now?

In my opinion the Lions have to distance themselves from the other teams, they are just better than everyone but are not playing like it.

400 passing yards suggest that Elliott is the new #1, even when Buck returns.

Excellent showing for him!

But the Bombers do have to thank Butter fingers Hank for last night.

The four fumbles definitely assited the Bombers :PBurris has always had problems holding on to the ball throughout his career.

The League's standing may seem close right now but the Lions are faR and away the most skilled team

Lulay: Just returning to MOP Form

Harris: Grew up watching this kid play in Nanaimo.....he is by far the smartest RB I have ever seen and will dominate for years to come

Geroy: ...............................................Nuff Said

Bruce III: Superman's partner in crime, making the unreal catches in traffic and also one of the best recievers to ever play in ther CFL

Gore: Very strong, and quick Wideout that can make plays from anywhere on the field

A.Foster: Very tall, strong Wideout that is hard to bring down and can make the big catches down the field

K.Johnson: One of the fastest players in the league and is always a threat for a big catch

K.Banks: Trash talking, beast that will almost certainly be a Hall of Famer

Phillips: Interception Specialist

Marsh: Seasoned Vet that covers extremely well and is hard to get behind on

Shell: Very good at tackling, and rarely misses when hitting in the open filed

B.Parker: All-Time leader in Interceptions returned for Touchdowns

AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON OUR FRONT 4!!!!!!!

LIONS4THEREPEAT!!!

The offence and defence of the Lions looks solid. The only thing I'm concerned about is the Lions lack of a good kick returner to give the offence better starting field position.

Tim Brown is the worst kickoff returner in the league and the stats prove that. Every other team has a better returner.

I don't understand why the Lions refuse to acknowledge such obvious problems like when they took 1 and a half seasons to finally figure out that Jamal Robertson at age 34 was a bad choice for a starting tailback and when they finally handed the reins to Harris last year the team took off.

It's the same situation with Tim Brown. He has had plenty of opportunity to prove he is a good returner but the fact is that he is not. He can make people miss in tight areas but he doesn't have the top end speed to hit the seam on kickoffs.

He is just a punt returner and not an all round return specialist that the Lions think he is and the numbers back that up

He had one good game against Hamilton and absolutely nothing since just like last year when he had a good couple of games and then it was downhill from there.

If the Lions can get rid of Tim Brown and finally get a dangerous returner they will be far and above the best team in the league.

Always good when the Stamps lose! But while the Argo's are winning, they're doing it with an almost unwatchable style. Tonight's game was terribly boring.

Well, I'm getting ready for the 12 hour drive to see the Lions vs. the Riders game tomorrow. I'm from the Williams Lake area and as a tradition my dad and I try and make 1 game every year. But because of the 4:00 start time we have to leave home at 3 at night. lol But that's the price you pay when you're a die hard fan!
