Warhippy
What a f**king joke Quennville gets $25k for grabbing his package though. MIller, Emelin, DeKeyser and if I recall right 3 other guys and one other incident exactly like this on the ice and he gets $5k Dustin Brown intentionally targetting players' knees and he's not been suspended yet HOW is this even possible. I don't want to claim bias or favours from the league but by example Edler sniffs Smith gets a few games. Hansen cuddles Hossa's helmet jumping for the puck by grazing ti with his glove and gets a few games What the hell does it take for the canucks to get breaks like this

They've made it perfectly clear that there's a double standard, they're not even trying to hide it. They're blatantly saying that if you're part of the insiders club your players are free to do whatever they want. If you're a team like the Canucks, your players are gonna get suspended for the smallest infractions.
Xbox
So happy Quennville was fined 25k. It shows how much of a joke the league really is especially towards the Bruins.
Coconuts
What a joke, the NHL needs to get it's fines in line with the salaries these guys are making. 5k is nothing.

PlayStation
Wiki - Players can be fined up to 50% of one day's salary, up to a maximum of $10,000.00 U.S. for their first offense, and $15,000.00 U.S. for any subsequent offenses. @FriedgeHNIC: Comparing Quenneville's fine to Lucic: players have a CBA, coaches don't. That's the difference. Drives coaches crazy.

That's the difference. Drives coaches crazy. Then why wasn't Lucic fined $10,000 then? Doesn't matter if the max was $10,000 or $100,000. The fine would still only be $5,000 for Lucic. Players get ice time and obviously coaches don't. It takes a lot for a coach to do something finable. Quennville still shouldn't of done what he did but obviously Lucic's incident was far worse. Basically they're saying that this wasn't even close to a suspendable offense by that joke of a fine. A play like that has no place in any sport. What kind of "man" targets another mans balls? That's kids stuff.

NHL is so backwards in its fines and suspensions it is crazy.

The guy had maybe 6 or 7 clear cut cases of swing in leg out oops your stars down. There si no question at this point that there is 3 or 4 teams that are completely untouchable by league standards
Chalky
Lucic must have all the get out of jail free cards. That should have been a game at least. I guess people from Vancouver are classless, he is from here after all, and picking the cherries is the opposite of class.

Because of him, and the gifs AriGold posted I got to see how garbage of a player Brown is. I don't even feel bad saying this but I really do hope he suffers a career ending injury. If he doesn't, someone will because of him and it'll be an innocent player like Hertl.
