Plum Posted June 26, 2014 Share Posted June 26, 2014 I don't think we need to go that deep into a rebuild since a 2nd round in 2015 is just about as good as a 2014 mid 1st round pick so that should help. The future lineup looks excellent but we don't need to make as many moves as we did because we can still sign FAs and make a couple trades. Edler has a no a trade clause coming July 1st, so you would have to trade him by then. If what you mean is not having to wait for the 2015 picks and taking some mid 2014 1st's in the trades instead, this is why.
