Canucks have quite a few centres in the system now.

It will be interesting to see who can progress in the next few seasons.

"I've never thought about being a Vancouver Canuck. It is what it is."

Ouch...

He looked pretty nervous in that interview, I don't think he meant anything by it. Just didn't know what to say or what to do with the mic.

WANTED HIM WHEN WE WERE IN THE 10-15 RANGE. CALLED IT.

YAY FOR MCCANN, HELL OF A LOT OF UNTAPPED SKILL. NOT UTILIZED OFFENSIVELY ENOUGH FOR HIS DEFENSIVE GIFTS.

Good player for the pick, but did anyone else get the feeling he wasn't too happy about being taken by Vancouver?

Maybe a decent piece to throw into a trade package??

Very young kid though.

Might be intimidated of or not fond of being so far from home at his age. Or disappointed he dropped. He'll mature.

If he doesn't come around, we can always trade him.

The only thing I really care about is that he develops well.

When I spoke about redundancy getting Bonino back

This is exactly what i was speaking of.

Yet another solid 2 way player another solid 2 way center...

Cassels, Bonino, Lain, Horvat, Matthias, MacCann, Gaunce....

And on RW Grenier

on LW Shinkaruk and Virtanen....

This is confusing in regards to organizational depth and need

That being said welcome to the fold Jared McCann.

But...just a question, it is what it is?

When you get drafted int eh 1st round you put on your happy face and act like someone who just got the frigging world handed to him. Not a good start with the kind of fans you have to deal with. Seriously bud at least show some enthusiasm for basically being handed a near million dollar ELC

EDIT**

Glad he clarified that. This fan base was questioning him hard about that.

Warrior player, leader, clutch, does it all, leads by example. These are the types of players you need to have success.
