rizzuto&hatoum Posted February 20, 2015 Share Posted February 20, 2015 He has already exceeded his point totals from last season (despite having mono)...I have seen quite a bit of youtube on McCann..great wrist shot..Question for cdc..What player in the NHL would you say McCann is comparable with..? When I first saw his highlight package last year, my first thought was that he looked like a poor man's Sergei Federov, the way he was sprinting out of his zone with the puck. McCann definitely has potential to be a 1st line center for us in future. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this guy is going to be something special for us. Couldn't agree more. The fact that McCann is left-handed, he has the potential to have future chemistry with Virtanen, who's on right wing. Having both of them play together at next year's WJC would be a good start.
