250Integra
Jensen Horvat Shinkaruk Virtanen McCann Cassels Gaunce Subban Fox Cederholm All those in the last few years, and more additions coming tomorrow. Of course, not all will be top talent in the NHL, but if our top 1st round picks pan out, this team is in very good hands in the future. Also, I feel Jim Benning will definitely be making more trades tomorrow, especially since we have so many picks. And with all that cap space, free agency can't come soon enough. Very happy with the future of this team so far.
Spotted Zebra
That's a very average group of talent compared to others it'll take some more years of good drafting to not be a middle of the pack team
Gross-Misconduct
It looks the same as in the other thread asking this question?
Rey
It's too early. There's still a few decent prospects in the draft that the Canucks could potential draft. Snag a few, and will look even better. It'd be fun, if the canucks could somehow manage to get, Barbashev, Cornel, and Karlsson.
Sweathog
What about Kellan Lain? With Benning wanting to have a heavier bottom 6, I'm curious what Benning thinks of him. As for the rest of our prospects, it's finally starting to resemble something respectable.
He-Lord
That's a very average group of talent compared to others it'll take some more years of good drafting to not be a middle of the pack teamAverage is better than bottom of the league. That being said, quit underrating our prospects.
Jiggs50
6.75/10 It's definitely in the 16-24 range in the nhl...

canucks155
Average is better than bottom of the league. That being said, quit underrating our prospects. Quit overrating our prospects. There is nobody in the system that has superstar potential w/ the exception of Shinkaruk and MAYBE, MAYBE Horvat.
Darkstar
6.75/10 It's definitely in the 16-24 range in the nhl... I agree. Bunch of decent prospects. 0 elite prospects.
Smashian Kassian
Good depth, but still lacks top end talent.
Plum
I think we're around the 11-15 range. We have the depth that alot of other teams don't have. Winnipeg, Arizona, Pittsburgh are in that type of group, the middle group. They don't have a 1st line talent but top 6 talents and top 4 defence talents. Lazar, Ceci, Bennett, Pouliot, Morriessy, Petan. We need that over the top talent, Shinkaruk, Virtanen, Jensen, Horvat, McCann are all projected 1st/2nd/ line borderline players. -Virtanen
Virtanen-Horvat-Jensen McCann-Cassels-Shinkaruk Fox-Gaunce-Archibald Mallet-Lain-Grenier Cederholm-Subban Hutton-Liberati Corrado-Blain Lacks a game changer. Other than that... Not too shabby...
Scorevat
add a jack eichel, or connor mcdavid and i think its a 10-15 range
He-Lord
Quit overrating our prospects. There is nobody in the system that has superstar potential w/ the exception of Shinkaruk and MAYBE, MAYBE Horvat.I'm not overrating anyone. Just want people like you to start using your brain and quit throwing our players under the damn bus. You have no clue how they will turn out, so they could very well have superstar potential and we don't even know it yet. Either way, just let them grow and develop. Why is that so hard to understand? Otis
That is probably one of the better forward prospect groups in the league, a lot of these guys have what it take to be good players in the league IMO... need to add a few defenseman and hopefully they do so tomorrow (Pettersson or McKeown). Junkyard Dog
20ish best prospect pool in the league. No elite prospects and weak defense pool. Our forward group is average but has gotten a lot better. Our goaltending is above average. We still have a bunch of more peeps to pick.
