Monty Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 As I was looking through the KK Rev thread, I realized that not very other threads in the history of the internet have people in agreement about how awful something truly is. So, I felt it would interesting to create a thread where we all stated something we feel is actually worse than what can only be described as "The Worst Thing to happen to Music." I'll start. Quite simply, the tv show "Girlfriends." While I understand people have a different sense of humour, this show went as far as insinuate that "Black people do not have a sense of humour." However, it wasn't his review of 5/10 that I was questioning, just that he would qualify a 5/10 as "terrible". But I also understand that people rate movies differently than I do, as a 5/10 for me is "just worth watching, but not a rewatch". As for Kevin Hart, I have only seen him in two movies, "The 40 Year Old Virgin" and "Death At A Funeral". His bit part in 40 Year Old Virgin was terrific. However, Death At A Funeral was absolutely horrific, which was because he was in the US remake of the far superior UK version. Tell us, Monty, why exactly are you so against black people trying to make their way in the entertainment industry? Link to comment

"Entertainment" that insults peoples intelligence really irks me. Things don't have to be high-brow, but they don't have to be brutal. Oh, the movie "Crank" as well. Link to comment

Watched one video for about a minute. It was bad but I've seen much much worse. Perhaps I didn't watch enough to get the scale of the situation. Not going back for more as I have better things to do like watching grass grow. I don't know what KK Rev is either but I said KKK because they are obviously 1000% worse than KK Rev lel. Hmm, by my calculations the KKK should be just 50% worse. I accuse you of hyperbole! Link to comment

cabinessence Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Monty's full of hate. Yes there are many things worse than KK Rev. I like the Foo Fighters and at this time they not be worse than KK Rev. But I have a feeling after the upcoming tour The Rev will be up one on the Foo and technically be deemed worse. Being worse than KK Rev might not be something to be ashamed of though. It's like saying Heart of Gold is worse than Wonderwall or My Evil. Link to comment
