AriGold
Die hard Red Sox fan here but there is nobody we respect more then Derek Jeter and what he did as a Captain and leader of baseball. One of the best to ever play, I tip my cap to you. Great tribute from Michael Jordan to Derek Jeter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X03_bNuihLU

Offensive Threat
Why should cops and firemen tip their caps to a guy who plays a game for millions of dollars? our value system is F*ed up.

CanuckofSteel
One of the things I've wanted to do is see Derek Jeter play live, it sucks that I missed him when the Yankees came to Seattle. Jeter is the only reason I payed attention to baseball, I'm not really a huge follower but I am a Yankees fan because of him. So thank you Derek Jeter for being one the best and pretty much getting me to watch baseball from time to time.
Mr. Ambien
Without Jeter, I doubt the Yanks even make it to the championships they did a while back. And without Jeter, some other celebrity has to give herpes to Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Mariah Carey, and Vanessa Minnillo. He truly is a legend. Gross-Misconduct
Yeah, tip your cap to Jeter cause Nike payed big bucks to make sure you do. This is getting a bit much. He plays baseball for christ's sake. With this kinda star worship, no wonder athletes have over inflated egos. btw, he posed for this... so...you know

Ghostsof1915
Why should cops and firemen tip their caps to a guy who plays a game for millions of dollars? our value system is F*ed up. We read the news for humanity's failures. We watch sports for humanity's triumphs. Even heroes need someone to look up to.
