UFCanuck
Drink water and only water first of all. No not vitamin water, just plain water for every meal and in between. Low carbs is easy just eat steamed vegetables with protein(chicken breast/fish). You can add a tiny bit of brown rice if you cant live without carbs. For breakfast have a veggie omelette with spinach and of course water.
RogerEpic5
Well, how active are you? I work out 6 times a week and usually my Saturdays are my rest day. If you aren't really active, I suggest going for a 1200 diet I guess. I eat about 1500-2000 calories a day. Morning/Breakfast=510 calories. Egg omelete -350 calories Orange Juice(250mL)-90 calories Banana-70 calories And glass of water- 0 calories Mid Morning Snack=250 calories Glass of water- 0 calories Yogurt-100 calories Apple-50 calories Special K's Strawberry Pastry- 100 calories Lunch=525 calories Whole Wheat Penne Pasta with tomato sauce-350 calories Broccoli and Lettuce Salad with a tad bit of dressings(to much is unhealthy)-75 calories Skim Milk(250ml)-100 calories. Mid Afternoon Snack=100 calories Fruit Salad with Yogurt-about 100 calories Multivitamin(no calories) Dinner=300 calories. Chicken Breast with Broccoli, Beans, Peas, Tuna, Lettuce, and Tomatoes/Onions.=300 calories on the dot. CALORIE INTAKE OF THE DAY: 1685 calories. Dessert: One scoop of Ice Cream on days like today... about 70 calories. Just to satisfy the tummy :D I drink about 8 glasses of water. I do cardiovascular training on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and heavy weight lifting on Tuesdays, Thurdays, and Sundays. I weigh about 150 pounds at 6'2. So now you know a bit of my lifestyle. surtur
i know you're joking but not really, some studies suggest the absorption of calories takes place im the mouth. Throwing up wont remove many calories unless you do it immediately after eating, even then not 100% of the calories will be lost. so if i want to gain weight i should be chewing longer? MusclePharm
so if i want to gain weight i should be chewing longer? no, if you swallow food you will get the calories. I was just saying that throwing up will not remove all the calories.
