Not sure how much of a need Weber is for them either I think they need top 4 defenseman not a bottom pairing one. I am not sure about Ottawa's needs but the value doesn't look horrible. Winnipeg trade is not happening. Less quantity more quality for Kane, Shinkaruk is a nice piece but you will have to add at least one more significant piece or a 1st+ to him for Kane.
