Tystick
I was surfing the internets today and came across this highlight from 2004. It's not often we watch Henrik score a beauty so I felt this one deserved some appreciation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pp3fcMVjMBw Dat speed... Henrik Kesler
Wow... Where did that speed go I think it shows that even NHLers with average speed can come flying down the wing and blow by the defense when the D is out of position and standing still. Industrious1
Some vintage Sedinery from a bygone era. Nice find.In the intervening years Hank would become much more of a playmaker and shy away from such things more and more, leaving Daniel to pick up the slack in that regard. With D. Sedin's injuries and subsequent drop in 'killer instinct' it almost makes me wish Henrik would take the bull by the horns a bit more often. What a beauty goal Wow... Where did that speed go Seriously. Either Henrik lost a whole lot of speed, or the whole league just got a whole lot faster in the last decade. Imuzi
Clouts being run into at the beginning of the play That definitively fits my memories of him
DeNiro
Seriously. Either Henrik lost a whole lot of speed, or the whole league just got a whole lot faster in the last decade. The league has gotten much faster, and the talent level is much higher IMO.
ILL BILL NECRO
Seriously. Either Henrik lost a whole lot of speed, or the whole league just got a whole lot faster in the last decade. Watch the play he was not even going that fast... The D was flat footed and Henrick made a nice move. The Sedins have never been "fast"... Also the league has gotten way faster and they have gotten a little slower but not allot.
jstewboy
I think it shows that even NHLers with average speed can come flying down the wing and blow by the defense when the D is out of position and standing still. You would be hard pressed to find another replay of a Sedin sprinting from behind the net up the ice like that. And the speed that he had coming into the offensive zone, is what makes defenders get out of position and become flat footed. Edit: I accidentally gave you a +1 on your post.
