What gives you goosebumps?

Music.

Instrumentals and/or songs with an uplifting melody. Vocals could enhance it, provided that they are not forced on. L

Visuals. Watching something in HD for example.

I am extremely susceptible to getting chills down my spine and it is literally an orgasm. It's from the same source - dopamine injection.

I have 5 sets of higher-end consumer IEMs (although 1 is being shipped on the way) and I feel the rush on all of them, even though they all have different sound signatures.

Which IEMs do you have, if I may ask? Music can be very emotional/sensual for me as well.

Sure.

Westone 4R

Etymotic ER4P

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10

Ultimate Ears Super Fi 5 Professional

And one lesser known NVX EX10S, which supposedly is a good IEM but I haven't tried it out.
