Rate the Players Concept

After every Canucks game, every Canucks fan can rate the Canucks players for their performance on 1 to 5 scale where 5 means the best performance. It could be interpreted as follows:

1 – bad performance

2 – below average performance

3 – average/okay performance

4 – good performance

5 – great performance

Only players who played 7 or more minutes per game can be rated (20 or more minutes for goalies).

It wouldn't work on the forums with the traditional poll method, as you can only have three questions in a poll.

Yes, I will need to find out how to set up the right form of such a poll but I am pretty sure it won´t be an obstacle. Still few days left before season starts.

Nice, worked for me as well. Can you view the results?

I am willing to go for it. There can be times I will be busy but it would make sense to cover all season long.

Sound like a good idea. I would definetively follow and "vote" after the games. Would be fun to see who had the highest average grade when the season is over.

On the otherhand, CDC always have a couple of scape goats, and that would lower their grade essentially even though they probably wouldn't deserve such a bad grade. I mean, one bad turn over from Edler would give him a 1 from 50% of CDC while a bad turn over from Tanev wouldn't result in the same drop in grade. So it could be quite misleading after all.

But to sum it up, go for it. I know I and many other users would appreciate it and it would result in a lot of fun discussions.
