Plum
2015 Draft Eligible, son of Dave Babych already has 3 points in 1 game this season for the Calgary Hitman (Cal just got traded to Prince George) of the WHL. Off to a good start, maybe he'll rise up into the top 2 rounds if he keeps his play up. Another former Canuck son, Ty Ronning is eligible for the 2016 NHL Draft, he's doing quite good aswell. saucypass
Would be pretty awesome to select Cal Babych and then Ty Ronning the year after in the NHL 15 and 16 draft!
timberz21
Not to bash on the kid but he was traded for a 7th round draft pick in 2017...either Calgary has no clue of what they're doing or Babych is not top 2 round material. Maybe he can be a late round long shot by the Nucks
Big Mike
Cal went knee on knee with someone tonight and went off the ice favoring his right knee/leg. I didn't see him return but hopefully he's okay
Gurn
"either Calgary has no clue of what they're doing or Babych is not top 2 round material." Both could be true. Maybe Calgary felt they had enough d- men on the way up.
