Tortorella's Rant Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 With tempered expectations I don't mind losing to strong teams but I'd like to at least give them a game... Here's hoping Willie can rally some respectability out of this game. I didn't mind losing so much the the Bolts. At least we played well and outplayed them for most of the game. (Mathais , Kassian , dorsett ,) not effective. Not a strong paring in any of our defence. This team is really not good. Our best d-man thus far is injured and not playing (Stanton). Were making early season mistakes, and the worst we can be at the end of the game is 3-2, which is still a damn solid record if we don't win this game. We took a penalty and they scored on a weak final 10 seconds on the kill by all the players. Tanev basically gifted them one. Other than that it's not like they've been hitting goal post after goal post. I really hope we can come back or at least make it close. We need some plays.
