Hugor Hill
I want their 1st round pick 2015. Will be a good one. Depends on where they end up of course, but I would give them Cassels and Shinkurak for like a 6th, give or take.
Warhippy
Their picks are the ONLY things I am interested in and sadly they won't be had for anything unless the team completely falls apart and they HAVE to appear competitive. I see a sell off of roster more realistic than a trade of picks. BUT! That being said if they are looking for bodies to fill an injured line up, i'd trade a solid roster player and a marginal prospect for a roster player and a swap of 1st round picks in 2015 or 2016. A 1st for a 1st in this instance over the next 2 seasons almost assures us at least one more pick in the top 10 and gives the canes a still unknown pick between 5th and 30th. Swapping picks with more thrown in on our end is probably more reasonable than trying to pry their pick alone away from them. but of course now i will get buried by people somehow someway stating that their 1st is untouchable and it will cost Horvat Shinkaruk the Twins Luongo, Ballard Raymond AND a 1st just to get their first 6 games in to the season

73 Percent
Skinner and Faulk interest me...i like Skinner but the price that you would have to give to receive a young underperforming soft forwarded that may not even make it another 2 seasons is way too high. Jägermeister
Roster Players Jeff Skinner Justin Faulk Elias Lindholm Victor Rask Ryan Murphy Andrej Sekera Prospects Brock McGinn Sergey Tolchinsky Phil Di Giussepie Hadyn Fleury Of course most of those players aren't available and would take a drastic overpayment, but yeah, they have quite a bit to offer us. Sekera could be had for a fair price as a rental I'm sure.
Warhippy
Something like Matthias, Hansen, 1st for their 1st? There would have to be something coming back to make it look at least like a hockey trade. Or else it would just look to stupid to not get ripped on all year in the media Say our 1st in 2015 or 2016 + Matthias + Cassels or Hutton for something like Giuseppe and their first in 2015 or 2016. It's literally just filling their line and swapping picks without the extra cap. but again, get ready to be buried with reasons why that's not possible because a single pick has soooo much potential 6 games into a season. 70seven
Eric Staal would be a game changing addition to this club. He may be 29, but he's still a big center that can put up 70 points, and will likely be able to do so for another few seasons Nux likely dont have the pieces... but IF Carolina would be willing to eat some significant cap hit, Id offer up Markstrom, Kassian, Hansen, 2016 1st for E. Staal Im sure thered be some haters for trading away all that youth for a 29 year old, but the addition of Staal takes the Canucks from bubble team, right back into the conversation for the next few years, which by then the likes of Horvat, Virtanen, Shinkaruk, Jensen, Cassels, Gaunce should be ready to become core members. sedin sedin vrbata burrows staal jensen higgins bonino vey matthias richardson dorsett horvat The Stall deal is a total pipe dream... but an addition like of Sekera is far more realistic. Our D lacks depth and offensive ability. Sekera is a solid 28 year old puck mover that can produce, and has really just hit his peak. 33 assists last season, something we could defs use on the back end. Hes a pending UFA, but Im sure the Canes will hold out for the best draft pick or prospect possible.
Pears
Staal is the dream, but I wouldn't mind grabbing Justin Faulk if the price is reasonable.

Both those guys are great 2nd line potential prospects that are nearly ready now. I would do it for the first or second pick, think about for the third pick but that is it.
