Pears
As per Aaron Portzline, writer for the Blue Jackets at The Columbus Dispatch, reports a potential trade between the Oilers and Blue Jackets centered around David Perron and Artem Anisimov: @Aportzline: Hearing chatter that a deal between #CBJ and #Oilers is well along in the process. @TSNAaronWard mentions Perron and Anisimov as likely

DownUndaCanuck
I know Edmonton desperately wanted a first line center, hope they don't manage to get Johansen in a blockbuster. RNH or Eberle, Perron and a 2nd for Johansen? Obviously it will just be something silly like Perron for Anisimov straight up, which doesn't help Edmonton at all. UFCanuck
So Mactavish thinks Anisimov is a top Line centre? How is this moron a gm?
Tystick
Veteran presence? Idk, this doesn't make much sense to me.
L. Stanley
I'm sure moving Perron will solve all of their problems. A deal like this shows how unwilling the oiler management are to face reality.

Going to mentally crush the talent they have beyond repair ! They have nurse and schults, this team doesn't need offence they need defence why doesn't oilers management get this? Look at calgary a decent defense is what you need along with a decent goaltender. Oilers think they will get better if they get artem amnisov lol
Pears
Veteran presence? Idk, this doesn't make much sense to me. They need centers and Anisimov is good enough to fill one gap until they make a bigger trade.

Tystick
They need centers and Anisimov is good enough to fill one gap until they make a bigger trade. I guess, but wasn't this centered around Eberle as well? Just seems odd to me

greetingsfrombrazil
Makes sense. Columbus can use Dubinsky as a center, plus they have Jenner, Wennberg and Dano coming up. Trading Anisimov for a winger like Perron, who can replace Horton, won't hurt them at all. For the Oilers, it won't fix their problem. Anisimov is good, but he isn't a 1st line center, I doubt he'll take RNH's spot. Would be better to go blockbuster and trade for Johansen, throwing Eberle and Yakupov in. c00kies
Anisimov>Perron. I'd gladly do this as Edmonton, as Anisimov can kick Arcobello out of the 2nd line spot. Columbus could use a winger to replace Horton, and Perron could modestly do that...if he doesn't continue his awful season.

asian player
The Canucks should make a deal with them. The window of opportunity to fleece them is closing. We don't know when they'll clean house. Rip them off now, before it's too late.
