Canada Blocks Nuke Ban

All the title had to say was "US blocks Nuke Ban" and we would know where Canada stood.

Do you honestly think we would vote any other way than the US?

Only if they voted to nuke us.

Even still, we'd probably still say "oap. Sorry aboat that eh" and let them nuke us.

I see you're back with your genocidal views..

Nice conclusion jump, as usual. I've watched you're racism quietly and chose not to bite on your trolling time and again the sad thing is, there's some that don't realize your act.

But I was simply referring to the way society has got and that their world can't sustain this. Is there enough room on the earth for everyone? Yes. You seriously think most people are going to want to live as everyone did 100 years ago? Have you thought of that? Probably not...to busy spewing your venemous hate of other cultures and thinking you know of other's intentions. Keep up the good work, Bindy.

There's going to be a few cataclysmic events. But for everyone's sakes, I hope you're right about the proxy wars.

To me it just makes no sense that future wars will include targeted civilians unless it's some kind of ethnic cleansing or genocide...which I'm sure will happen at some point again. As for cataclysmic events, I'm sure there will be, there always is. We are due for an mass extinction event whether it happens on a grand scale or not. In the mean-time we will have natural disasters (Tsunami), Human disaster (Fukushima), Plagues (Ebola) and civil unrest (Nigeria/Syria). My point being there are always cataclysmic events, we just have better communication to hear the details now. Not to minimize your beliefs.

I don't feel my beliefs are minimized. We'll see how it all plays out. But expect the "cataclysmic events" to start getting bigger and closer together... like birth pangs...

Until you get a madman who sets one off...

That could happen any minute though. Giving nukes to all nations would likely prevent this as there would be no forgein aggression on any lands due to nuclear deterrents.

The US and UK are still pushing the Iran agenda because they want to keep hopes up on a war there. I doubt it happens, but the reason is because they aren't a nuclear power. If Israel wasn't a nuclear power they'd be wiped off the map long ago.

I think giving nukes to all nations just increases the likelihood that a madman will get a one through a nation with unstable politics and inevitably one will be set off. I also think the USA and UK protect Israel out of longstanding and outdated foreign policy dating back to 1949. There's been better justification for the US to invade Iran than others they have invaded. They need a few stable enemies.

What happens when a dictator turns their weapons on their own people?

Also Israel would wipe the floor with anyone who tried to invade them right now. They are in no way reliant on the nukes for self defence.

Than why can't they stand on their own two feet without Canada the US and the UK propping them up in front of the UN?

Take those 3 countries out of the equation and I am sure Israel panics and does something incredibly stupid, or at least more so than their usual

They can. Israel's not going to be wiped off the map again.
