Patrick Kane Posted June 23, 2015 Share Posted June 23, 2015 Team CDC is an old game I use to run back in 2009-2011 where a group of CDC players would create their own player and I would input them into NHL09, and we would have a team of just players we created. It would go on for 1-5 seasons depending on activity. Players can progress (based on potential rating and season performance), regress, get injured, get demoted, get traded, etc. But ultimately it's a team game, to win the cup. The fun part about this game is writing MINI ARTICLES. For example, previous members of the game would have a write-up about their story to the NHL, or maybe a write up during a slump, or a hot-streak, or calling out a team-mate, etc. All in good fun and humor for others. 5-6 games will be simmed per day, and box-score will be posted for each game. Player stats will be updated in a spread at the end of the sim period. EVERYONE will have a equal opportunity to fight for which line they can play on via pre-season. Although to be a successful team, we need a mix of speed, size, skill, offense, defense, rookies, veterans, checkers, passers, shooters, etc. Currently accepting: NO MORE CENTERS NO MORE LEFT WINGERS NO MORE RIGHT WINGERS (12 forwards will be dressed, 2 scratched, 1 in the minors, remember that there are INJURIES and maybe trades) NO MORE DEFENSEMAN (6 will be dressed, 1 scratched, 1 in the minors, remember that there are INJURIES and maybe trades) NO MORE GOALIES (fight for starting job, but ideally a 30/50 split) IF YOU ARE INTERESTED...
