Lol there's metrics in the charts that could alert you if an offering is happening prior to the official filing of the forms. The most obvious one would be the available shares number. If you look at section S-10 it shows the filing from january to be able to raise 50 Million through various types of offerings. The 4 done in may used up 47 million of that.
