luckylager
Thanks for posting. Not having seen Hutton play before, I had only read the hype here on cdc. He was a surprise to me for sure, glad JB likes him. Excited for this guy

DownUndaCanuck
I hope Gaunce is good enough for the 4th line center spot, and it looks like Benning and Linden are thinking the same thing. That slot is open for Cassels, Gaunce and maybe even McCann to fight Vey for, and personally I'd rather Vey on the 4th line wing with Gaunce in the middle and a veteran tough guy like Prust or Dorsett to protect the kids on the wing. Nave
Gaunce can play left wing on the 4th line, and center on the penalty kill. He has that utility.
Honky Cat
Seems weird to me to have Prust and Dorsett on the same line...They have identical roles (apparently Prust plays PK),and are basically the same size...can this work?....I can see NHL refs calling penalties on this line solely for having the name and reputation of Prust and Dorsett. mpt
What did Benning and Linden do or say to indicate they are thinking of Gaunce for 4C? I must have missed it. Actually I heard Benning talk about our centres being Henrik, Bo, Brandon and Brandon in an interview; I wonder if that was a slip of the tongue or do they plan on trying Prust out for that 4th line spot

Better than Bonino and Vey, at least. And that means we can put Gaunce or Virtanen or McCann or Kenins or Vey with them as well.

And that means we can put Gaunce or Virtanen or McCann or Kenins or Vey with them as well. Honestly, I can't see Vey as a center in the NHL. But as a winger, that's a whole different story. From what I've read, it seems Gaunce has a decent chance of making it to the big show.
