Mathew Barzal
Yeah, Miller is the only one I'd strongly disagree with. Relative to their pay grade I think those are fair.
5Fivehole0
Aside from Baertschi and Burrows ratings I actually agree with them. Team has been under performing in a big way.

Mackcanuck
The team is 1-4-1 since Sutter went out

EmilyM
Bartkowski seems a bit high. As does McCann. Love his goal output, but he is not a quarter of a grade below Henrik edit: Oops, I didn't see that the grades take relative expectation into account. 5Fivehole0
Just now, stawns said: they were pegged as a bottom 5 team prior to the pre-season.........under performing? And Anaheim was pegged as a contender. I don't care where they were ranked, I had them as a playoff team going into this season, while they probably will still make the play offs, as of right now, Miller has fallen off hard and the players are allowing too many shots on goal. Markstrom and Miller are both above .900 SV% and Miller has over 2.5 GAA and Markstrom over 3GAA. Unacceptable numbers. The team can do better, but I attribute this downswing to the loss of Brandon Sutter. Once he's back it will turn around.
5Fivehole0
In my opinion this thread is just massive bait for the pro tankers.
The Lock
I'll be happy if the Canucks make the playoffs this year. It's not even an expectation on my part. It's just what I would be happy with.

Master Mind
Having 4 defencemen rated a B, and Miller a C would have you believe Miller's been letting the team down. But in reality, the defence has been the biggest problem.
Coconuts
Miller and Horvat are too low while Bartowski and McCann are too high IMO. McCann not by much, but Horvat's at least a B- to me considering he's been taking on Sutter's responsibilities. He's struggled, definitely, but given the circumstances I think he's done alright. He's been thrown into 2c and he's not ready for it but he's managing to keep his head above water.
Canucks Prophet
How is Vrbata a C? Based on fair expectations, salary, and his production so far, he should be a D. He certainly can't be higher than Bo.
John Tortorella
Very poorly done. Perhaps next time they will send someone to grade the canucks who watches the canucks. Miller c-? vrbata higher then horvat? Vrbata has been largest disappointment this year. Hutton is low, your telling me you had expected more from hutton? cracknell that low? Your telling me hes not our most consistent player based on position and expectations. Toronto Sports Media

I agree, the almost seemingly endless number of giveaways we do in our own zone and failure to get the puck out makes me wonder if TSN thinks the legalization of marijuana in Canada has already taken place. He is so vanilla. I know he is a good defensive forward but he really generates zero offensively. Dorsett, Prust and Cracknell all bring more than he does. He has to be a strong candidate to be moved.
