Would it not be a good thing to send Pedan back to Utica as he wont be getting back into our lineup. We then in THEORY could if Benning WAS interested could put in a claim and have Connauton as 7th D as insurance for the road trip till Sbisa returns. Then PLace him back on waivers, or better yet waiver weber. Good chances he clears, but a team may want depth and take a chance, as when he got picked up last year on waivers he had a 9g season in 54 gp. Connauton I don't think will fit here... unless if he can play on the right side. Another Chicago wolves player, like Rodin. He has offensive upside, probably will never be more than a bottom pair guy, but might be a Yannik Weber of the LHD variety, and could be on the 2nd unit PP. Oldnews will love this comment, but I would not be opposed to putting in a claim, he has some size, allows us to move Pedan down, and realistically we should be waiving weber if nobody offers a late or conditional pick for him Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
