I would rather he go back to Junior play in the WJHC and kick ass at center then join the team with Boeser next year.
SergioMomesso
Dank Hank Stammer Lucic Sutter Okposo Baer Horvat Hansen Martin Vey Dorsett Virtanen Edler Tanev Hutton Guddy Tryamkin Shattenkirk Sbisa Stecher Marky Mark Miller Salary cap goes up to 100 million. JB gives Stammer Lucic, Okposo an Martin all huge deals with NMC. Benning trades next years first, Subban and a 4th to STL for Shattenkirk. Pierre-Luc Dubois gets picked 5th overall by JB and spends one more year in the Q. Boeser makes the team in 2017 which makes Hansen expendable next summer at the draft fro a high 2nd rounder. Nucker 67
^^ I think they should bench Prust and put Vey in Daniel - Henrik - Eriksson Baertschi - Sutter - Hansen Etem - Horvat - Vey Gaunce - Granlund - Dorsett (Virtanen and Rodin in Utica) Edler - Tanev Hutton - Gudbranson Hamhuis - Tryamkin Sbisa (Larsen in Utica) Miller Markstrom

IBacon Strips
Daniel-Henrik-Free Agent Baer-Sutter-Virtanen Tkachuk-Horvat-Hansen Etem-Granlund-Dorsett Vey/Gaunce/Rodin Edler-Tanev Hutton-Gudbranson Hamhuis-Tryamkin Larsen Markstrom Miller Depending on what happens with who we draft and who we resign, the forwards could be very different. If it's Dubois then I think he's going back to junoir while Tkachuk will slot in the bottom six if he has a good camp. Higgins will be in Utica, traded, or bought out.. likewise for Burrows. Biega was a good story, but our depth on defense is too deep for him to make the roster, look to see him and Pedan to run the top pair in Utica. Miller could/should be gone at the deadline for a veteran backup and a pick.
PCK
Assuming burrows and higgins are bought out while sbisa is traded for draft picks. daniel - henrik - hansen rodin - sutter - eriksson baerstchi - horvat - virtanen etem - granlund - dorsett gaunce (ahl) - vey - grenier (ahl) edler - tanev hutton - gudbranson hamhuis - larsen tryamkin - biega pedan (ahl) - stecher (ahl) miller markstrom demko (ahl)

hatrix
Most here have Sutter over Horvat. When do you guys see Horvat take over the second line center position, if ever? Sutter is not offensive enough for being a second line center
supermanbieksa
Sedin - Sedin - Eriksson/Brouwer Baerschi - Horvat - Hansen Rödin - Sutter - Virtanen Gaunce - Granlund - Etem Edler - Tanev Hutton - Gudbransson Sbisa - Tryamkin Miller Markström I think Benning is interested in Eriksson, he was "pro" trade Seguin for Eriksson in Boston and the Sedins and Eriksson has played well together on team Sweden. If Eriksson wouldn't sign here, I think Brouwer would be a guy Benning fancies. But I think the classic *you'll get to play with the twins" selling pitch would work. Kraken70
Baertschi Horvat Okposo Sedin Sedin Lucic Gaunce Sutter Hansen Laplante Granlund Dorsett Edler Gudbranson Hutton Tanev Tryamkin Sbisa Markstrom Miller I believe, with some creativity, we can sign both, Okposo and Lucic ( Assuming they make UFA) It's time to start a new first line. Bo's done nothing but improve and Baer is poised to break out. Okposo is the glue that brings them to the promised land while Lucic becomes the hammer to the anvil that are the Sedins. I would prefer to deal Edler and keep Hammer but don't see it happening. He and Tanev have gotten stale. Edler gets a new partner. Gaunce gets his shot next year. I picked LaPlante as my darkhorse to make the team in another thread, so I thought I'd put him in. Waive Higgins and Burrows before next season. If they clear, send them to Utica to finish out their contracts. Loved both players while they were here but it's business. Produce or be gone. They will provide valuable leadership to our youth. Markstrom gets the nod as our new #1. Vuala. Next years line up.

Sutter on the third. Sutter's most productive NHL season was 40 points. Horvat got 40 this past season
