IbanezRG
He was very unprofessional the last Half of last season, character is important and no NHL team is going to take a chance on a player who has previously just checked out on a team despite still being paid handsomely to entertain. internationalCanuck
Didn't read all your comments, might have been mentioned, but just want to point out to all the people freaking out saying "wtf why didnt JB trade him for a late first or second round pick at the TD?" smh Just goes to show you that obviously no one wanted to give up anything for him when no one has yet to sign him for nothing. Trades can only be made if somebody wants to give up something.

Harvey Spector
I'm sure on the big ice surface he can pop in at least 30. Wouldn't need to worry about getting hit either...
King Heffy
No brainer. No GM in his right mind would bring that lazy floater in. Not good enough for the top six, too soft and lazy for the bottom six. Plus whines like a six year old if he doesn't get to play on the top line.

There are some teams that could use a player like Vrbata. Reasonable? He'd be lucky to get a PTO with his attitude and work ethic.
b3.
Kind of always figured it was going to be Europe or a PTO for Radim this season.

elvis15
For anyone wondering about the 4 teams rumour: Quote Rich Evans, the agent for unrestricted free agent and former Coyote Radim Vrbata, has kept quiet this summer about negotiations for his client, but he offered a general update on Monday. “We have been discussing the structure of a contract with four teams and hope to come to an agreement shortly,” Evans wrote. Evans would not confirm which teams were involved and he would not say if the Coyotes are one of them, but it is believed that the Coyotes have had at least some level of discussion about bringing the Czech wing back. With 4 teams interested, if he's reasonable on price, it's likely he gets an NHL deal done. If he does want more money (as Kuzma suggests) then he may have to find it in Europe. Won't comment on which four teams are involved.....because those teams aren't sure if they want it known to the rest of the league and the general public. I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the negotiations, hearing Radim's demands for top line minutes....or else!!
