Bur14Kes17
Looks like the big guy really may have grown up and got his %$%$ figured out and finally dedicated himself to doing what it takes..... %$^$ Zack..... Why couldnt you have figured yourself out here as a Canuck
-AJ-
It's unfortunate for us that his life situation happened how it did, but leaving the Canucks is probably what began to kick-start his career.
Raymond Luxury Yacht
I wonder if Edm will take Prust for Kass and a 5th? I love that guy. I wish him all the best, even if it is Edmonton...who have an irritatingly high number of players I like. I hope he does well in every game except against us. Where's Wellwood
If he really does have it all together, I'd rather not uproot his situation. Let him settle and maintain his forward progress. All the best to him.

Rush17
good on him. dont want to think about his failures here though. happy for the guy but im ignoring this post now cuz i dont want to think about how his poor life choices screwed us as a team. But that is on Mike Gillis for making that stupid trade in the first place. Getting bigger and changing the teams mold wasnt the solution. Should of traded for a promising young winger who could of played with Kesler. But im not bitter cuz we got Bo baby!
Warhippy
Hard to not root for the guy. I loved his attitude, I loved how he played the game when he played while he was here. I am really hoping he saw his demotion and complete rock bottom moment in edmonton as the catalyst for his sobriety. The guy screams hockey player and is the kind of guy you win championships with if he's on his game. And while I hope he doesn't in Edmonton, should he hoist a cup in an oilers uniform I'll be happy for him. Keep it tight Kass-Quatch

No kidding like did you really just post to try and sound like a good person and make the rest of us out to be a bunch of a holes cause we wish he had figured himself out while he was still a Canuck? Nuxfanabroad
Atta' boy, big Kass..Cheerin' for ya, despite being in that place(we BC'ers resent). Man, Edm's got a scary group up front...
Freeridebc
Can you blame him for getting his life in order? Edmonton is going to be good for a lot of years, this is his chance to win and be part of something potentially special, that's pretty good motivation if you ask me. JeremyCuddles
Good for him. Really liked him and rooted for him to turn a corner here for us. Best of luck to him going forward. Hopefully he's not too big an issue for us though.

Sure Kassian messed up his own life, but he definitely screwed the Canucks too with his life choices. It's not about being bitter but acknowledging that Kassian's decisions hurt this team as well as himself.

He wasn't bad in Edmonton, but wasn't good either. Nice to see him making good steps to try and stick around in the bigs.
