NotJaredMcCann
Started listening and watching around 2000 with my dad (a fan since 1970). My top 10: 1) Jarkko Ruutu: Phaneuf - enough said. 2) & 3) Daniel & Henrik Sedin: Sedinery. 4) Ryan Kesler: Nashville and a Selke. 5) Alex Burrows: Pretty obvious. 6) Roberto Luongo: Was at his first ever Canuck regular season game in Detroit. There was some guy that kept yelling "Atta boy Luuuongoooo!!!!" after every save. I'll never forget that game. 7) Rick Rypien: Most talented and fearless fighter I've seen. 8) Trevor Linden: Though his best days were behind him when I started watching, my dad made sure I understood his significance to the organization. I'm still glad he's back, even with all the turmoil last year. 8) Markus Naslund: Best player on the Canucks while I was a kid thanks to that wrist shot. 9) Brendan Morrison: Mr. OT. 10) Jared McCann: My name is J. McCann as well and it was cool to live the NHL dream through him haha!

apollo
Mine is a little hard Rn... Had to leave off luongo since I'm a little butt hurt over how everything turned out. He was by far my #1 but at the end of the day, he left a city, whose fan base as many idiots as it included... He turned his back on his supporters who cheered him LITERALLY with every single save luuuing... I'm sure after he retires my feelings will have neutralized. 1. Daniel / Henrik 2 tie for 1/2 ^ 3. Dragon Slayer 4. Todd Bertuzzi (to this day I still commend him for sticking up for Nazzy) 5. Naslund 6. THE COOKER 7. Slammin Sami 8. Mattias Ohlund 9. Juice 10. Edler Edit... Gotta squeeze in B MO can't take anyone one out so make mine a top 11 hahah

Honorable mention to Lumme, Geoff Courtnall, Pat Quinn (because I didn't actually see him as a player), Bure before he bailed, Ronning, Tiger, Morrison, Ryan Walter, Babych, Bertuzzi........too many to choose so here is my list... Greg (Gus) Adams - awesome player with a big heart and bigger grin, played hurt a lot but was fun to watch Jovo - Unique d-man, the Canucks have never really had anyone quite like him Odjick - A++ for entertainment value not to mention his awesome penalty shot goal. Luongo - best Canuck goailie ever and always good for a laugh or two. Butcher - toughest Canuck in an era of softies with a killer stare. Linden - Heart and sole just keeps on giving to this team. Kirk McLean - Big game player with a great attitude Sedin's (two for one) - nothing they haven't done....except for just one thing Naslund - great guy, easy to like Smyl - see Naslund For me Adams was the type of player that when he was on the ice things just seemed a bit more in control. regards, G.
