I'm pretty sure that Windows Movie Maker could do the job, but another solution would be to just compress the file size. I use a nifty program called Handbrake that lets you specify the size you want your video to be and it does the job well. Worked wonders for me when I needed to send videos via e-mail.

but I want to put it on a flash drive to watch on my tv, so I don't think I'd be able to play it on my tv.
I will check it out, as well as movie maker.. thank you.
