Blömqvist Posted December 9, 2016 Share Posted December 9, 2016 Tampa Bay: Burrows at 50% and Baertschi Vancouver: Callahan at 50% and Drouin Tampa receives a veteran RW signed for this season and is outproducing Callahan at the moment. They get cap relief for the rest of Callahan's contract, with savings of $2.9M annually for the next three seasons. The Lightning, while downgrading on LW, get a potential top-6 forward who will command less money than Drouin would. All of these combined savings would then allow Tampa GM Yzerman to retain his core group of forwards.
