Thought about taking pictures, but didn’t. Definitely up there with my beef short rib recipe. Quick (30 minutes) and tasty. My daughter accuses me of being a white chick when I do this. 1 Link to comment

luckylager
-BBQ'd 2.5" thick (850gr) prime rib steak. Lots of sea salt, some black pepper rubbed 4 hrs before cooking left covered on the counter. Grilled at 650, 5mins a side after searing the fat caps, and rested for 15 under foil before serving. Was perfectly medium rare, fat rendered to a beautiful caramel. - Half a fresh sockeye fillet. BBQ'd while the beef rested. - Fresh silver rill corn - Steamed carrots and green beans, both from my garden - Tomato, basil, baby cucumber salad, again, from my garden - Double stuffed baked potatoes Fed the four of us very well. Sorry, no pics. Too busy cooking and eating Link to comment

It's just like a burger, only gnarly. The only big difference is adding bacon bits and stale cool ranch doritos to the beef. 2lb Ground beef Bout 3/4 cup crushed up doritos 8 strips crispy double smoked bacon crushed up with the doritos Few shakes of worchestershire Knead all that together for a couple of minutes then make into 6 patties. BBQ Flip Add cheese Cover Pretzl buns. Top em how you want em, I don't judge. Made the gnarly burgers again and it was a hit. Everyone loved them. It made 7 total. I did ~6.5 ounces each. I added some hickory chips this time and topped it with Colby jack. Excellent. Thanks again for sharing, man. Edited September 9, 2018 by Bocivus 1 1 Link to comment

Monty
Didn’t take pictures. However, purchased the Bob’s Burgers Cookbook about a week ago and made the “Foot Feta-ish Burger.” Out of all the recipes in the cookbook, it’s probably the easiest. But it sure was tasty! Link to comment
luckylager
Lasagne. All tomatoes and most of the herbs were from my garden It was better than lasagne made with canned tomatoes which means it was &^@#ing amazing because this guy does not &^@# around in the kitchen and I kill it with Italian. Edit- Everybody had seconds. Edited September 16, 2018 by luckylager 1 1 Link to comment

I tend to overeat lasagne too. Used a kg of ground beef, 500gr of ricotta and about 350gr of mozza. There wasn't enough left over for everyones lunches so I just ate it all. 1 Link to comment
