Per Pound Mixture: 11.2 ounces Beef Blade Roast 4.8 ounces Short Rib I’ve moved away from smash burgers to 5oz or 5.5oz paddies. They taste amazing. Link to comment

My burgers were already (in my mind) better than restaurant quality, but this just put it into another stratosphere. I also insist on only using brioche buns. Link to comment

Honestly, never tried Pretzel bun. I’ve wanted to, but I like the softness of a Brioche. Also want majority of my meal to come from the meat and toppings. The bun needs some flavor, but not so much to it that eating the bun alone would make me full. Which is how other buns make me feel. Link to comment
