soosoodeff
I ordered something from Brampton Ontario and it was shipped Jan 9th....it is now the 17th...shouldn't it be here by Friday 13th? does province to province take this long to get just regular mail? Link to comment
DollarAndADream
Did you get any kind of confirmation email for the order? Is there a shipping number you can use to check on your package on the Canada Post website? You could always phone and ask. Link to comment

elvis15
CDC is a website full of experts though, clearly this should be the first place anyone would ever go to find answers. Link to comment

Devon Jade
If it is as you said "lettermail", then you wouldn't have received an email confirmation considering lettermail isn't tracked. But yeah usually it arrives within a week. Maybe two weeks since we just came off the holidays. Link to comment
moz
That happened to me just before Christmas. Took almost 3 weeks for something to come from Ontario to BC. My Mum sent me a Christmas card from England at the beginning of December, I got it last week. Canada Post is the best Link to comment
SabreFan1
I ordered something located in a town 20 min. NE of Toronto and I live in Buffalo NY. It hasn't shipped yet, but when it does half the fun is going to see if it will take longer to get to me than past packages I've gotten from China. Link to comment
coastal.view
i am happy to report that in 2016 i purchased 1 stamp and mailed 1 letter and wrote off the postage as a business expense so the post office only continues to exist as a result of my support Link to comment
tbone909
Canada post has been beyond bad this year. They got killed on Black Friday sales here in Canada and are just getting back to normal.Another reason why the service has suffered is the almost strike we had this past summer alot of mail carriers took a buy out or retired, This really showed this Christmas 2016. SabreFan1
Why does Canada's postal service suck? USPS here in the US is actually really good. Of the big 3 package carriers here in the US, UPS is the worst by far. Link to comment
