kurtzfan
May 9, 2017, I hoped the NDP will win this time! The liberals broke their promises too many times. 87 seats in total. 44 seats will be the magic number!

Heretic
Let the games begin! Course, that's exaggerated, apparently they have only spent $923,374 over 5 years.... http://theprovince.com/opinion/columnists/mike-smyth-premier-clark-has-spent-nearly-1-million-on-photography
Fanuck
Please people, don't fall for the bribery spending the Lieberals have recently announced,. It's time for a changing of the power structure in this province. When one group controls all, without checks/balances, it never ends well for the masses. The B.C liberals are terrible but the fact they keep winning kinda tells you the ndp alternative is likely worse.

I think a contributing factor is there are morons who buy political spin hook, line and sinker. They buy the narrative that the NDP ruined the province, yet seem oblivious to the issue that prices for commodities were soft in the late 90's. It's one of the major factors for mill closures, Tumbler Ridge coal mine closures etc.. Yet, when many of those commodities saw record prices on the Liberal watch, where was the $$$$. In their corporate bum buddies coffers. And when those prices softened again, they then buy the apologetics that the Lies give them.
ynwa
Anybody who believes that one major party is going to be better, more honest, more open, more logical etc, etc, etc, than the other is dreaming. Read the history books. Winston Churchill once said that " it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time". With the possible exception of a benevolent dictatorship this is probably true, however don't expect anything too different if the NDP get in, perhaps at first it will seem to be better but it will evolve into the same old same old. In the end they're all a bunch of lying self-serving leeches.

Lancaster
Doesn't seem like the NDP has been spreading any of their message in the past year or at least I haven't noticed them. 2 month is too short for efficient campaigning. Liberals with another victory.
