Waivers is what's causing the fire to escalate.

Why?   For the millionth time (I may exaggerated that stat), who have the Canucks lost to waivers in the past 10 years even that has made a difference?   Even across the NHL, name key players lost/claimed.    This is an overstated risk....vastly overstated.

For the Canucks, Mike Brown was perhaps the last impact forward we lost on waivers. For the NHL overall? Michael Grabner (lol), pa parenteau, todd marchant, rich peverly, kyle quincey, kunitz, and bryzgalov at the very least. I wouldn't say that's nothing for the NHL overall.

For 30ish teams and the timeframes involved in all those names, still not that many and a goalie (who needs those ) was in that list.

So true. I have one buddy who was in the NCAA and another that had a couple games in the NHL. People call them "trash" yet when you watch them in person against normalish people playing hockey for fun they look like Gods lol.

Ain't it the truth. Friend of mine played in the frozen 4 and the ECHL.

Dummies me.

Summer training, Goldy-style...

I hope he's actually in that gym to work out and not just on his dance moves...

Don't get me wrong I like players with personality, but it just worries me that the Sharks gave up on him because he isn't focused enough. Lets hope this is just a little fun before he starts training.
