Baer.
Almost full, that's great. So if we do fill the remaining spots, my current timeline looks like this: 1. Practice sim 2. Manage in game details such as players' contracts, team cap situations, and possibly a couple re-rates 3. Create roster spreadsheets and draft spreadsheet, as well a trade log and any other required archiving 4. Create individual PMs for each GM 5. Create basic rule list 6. Finish any other details, etc. (free agency mainly, still haven't figured that out) 7. Begin sim

Baer.
Cap sheet structure finished. Now working on adding all 300 or so players. Currently finished Brynäs and Djurgården. If I can do 3 a day, that should fit the timeline. Draft sheet is done. Next task there is creating the prospects. I will send out your PMs once I have completed your cap sheet. I will be giving 4 free scout reports (2F, 1D, 1G) since I doubt you guys know of every player. Each player has been given a new salary, with your best players getting more money than your lesser players. Roster limit is 33 players, minors included. Players in the minors do not count against your cap. Waivers will be turned off. Trade log pretty easy to do, I wouldn't even say that takes time. Right now re-rates are the b***** of the bunch. Baer.
Decided to have a small practice run at free agency. I've gathered a list of available names. This will also help create parity in the league. The single wave of free agency will take place before the start of the season. Every team gets just 2 offers. All further links will be posted in op, including this one.
Baer.
If all goes smoothly, could start sims as early as next weekend.
