Leafs got 6 pts less than Caps in last half of regular season. They're a young team that took a bit of time to get going and learn the right way to play but after the half way point they were great.

they rebuild the right way. From the top.

Chris Lee sucks.   That review result reeked of Shanaban....

And that Babcock quote

"It's reviewable but we have good people at the League & they'll look after that. It won't be a problem."

Blows my mind that the NHL continues to tolerate such mickey mouse officials.

Tim Peel getting playoff assignments.   Are you kidding?

Same reason why Kelly Sutherland still has a job.

  • -Vintage Canuck- changed the title to MDSF: (M1) Washington Capitals vs. (WC2) Toronto Maple Leafs | Series tied 2-2

Washington has been underwhelming in the Playoffs the past couple of series to say the least. Last year they barely got past Philly, they got dominated by Pittsburgh, and now Toronto is giving them trouble. Toronto looks like the hungrier team and they have offense now, they are miles better than the Flyers team the Caps faced last year, I'd say Caps will still take this series but not without difficulty.
