SuitnTie
WD did an okay job. But this isn't an okay league. Good riddance.

Robongo
The easy scapegoat. As awful as Willie is as a coach, Benning is just as bad as GM and frankly there should be far more pitchforks aimed his way than there are currently. Guess he bought himself another year by doing this.

Gaudette Celly
2 minutes ago, Hugor Hill said: Rationale for moving this quickly might be the fact that Tallon is back in the big chair in FL and he might want Gallant back. Lindenning might be courting Gallant as we speak. Would not that be completely uber-weird? If you're Gallant, would you even do that? 2 minutes ago, PhillipBlunt said: They definitely did, as when a GM and president fire a coach, the crosshairs move to them next. Doubtless ownership had a say in this as well. Again, looking forward to hearing the justification from TL/JB, which should also give a better indication of how they regard the state of the team, status of the rebuild, and direction they intend to take if there are to be any adjustments. Still maintain that there's no way TL/JB are in the crosshairs when the team is in the midst of a complete rebuild. Making such a move would evidence the Aquilinis as completely short-sighted and incompetent.

cbdoubleu
Is it the right time for Crow? He won't last the next 2 seasons that it's going to take to even be close to being relevant.

That said, I don't think a dinosaur like Hitchcock is a good idea either. Gerard Gallant checks a lot of the boxes we have now imo

b3.
He knew it was coming, he lasted 3 years here, which it seems like is a long time for a coach in the league nowadays. Nothing personal Willie, but your deployment was garbage. Good luck in Dallas.
wallstreetamigo
I say let Green go if he doesn't want to be an Assistant coach. I have a feeling he will end up another Eakin
