Is Global War Fast Approaching?

Things sound like they're getting hairy in the waters near Ukraine & Russia/Crimea(Kerch Str, Sea of Azov). Putin was quoted as saying past incursions near Crimea(around 2014?) had him considering the use of nukes(if it escalated further). This ain't my idea of diplomacy.

Also heard NATO is bringing in Ukraine & Georgia.

Sounds like a lot of provocations.

What sucks is that this would not even be a topic if there was any other American president but with this lunatic at the helm I fear that WW3 might actually happen. If Trump actually goes ahead with the threat of pulling out of the nuclear agreement with Russia then it feels like war is going to be inevitable. The thing though is that it almost seems like Trump is the one looking for a war. He's fighting with everyone, allies alike and causing major headaches for others for no apparent reason. This is like a bad episode of "Pinky and the Brain" except the Brain is Trump (they look alike) and his diabolical plan to rule the world is starting to unfold.

Yes, there are many signs pointing to a M.A.D. insanity. Relations between US/China also going haywire.

Then in ME, there's IsraHell, Saudis, Syria, Iran, etc...

A good time to get one's spiritual house in order.

2 tankers torpedo-attacked near Gulf of Hormuz(Sea of Oman). Believe they were Japanese & Norwegian vessels.

Zerohedge.com article speculating this might give the Bolton(Hawk types) reason to kick off war with Iran. Strange, remember hearing interviews with Celente(investor) predicting we'd go to war in Iran, 3 or 4 yrs back...

So the US can confirm Iran was responsible for the attacks (one on a Japanese tanker while the PM is in Iran) in less than 24 hrs but we still don’t know if the Saudis are responsible for Khashoggi?

Interesting....

#falseflag

These assholes have been pushing for war since taking office. The military should stand down for what this obviously is.

Ukraine absolutely does not fit the criteria for Nato nor does Georgia, hence why Georgia attacked it's Russian speaking citizens 10 years ago.

Forget oil. When the planet dries up even more and clean water becomes even more scarce, no amount of pussy hats in this country will save it from being overrun.

The US just found a massive amount of clean water.

Was just reading various bloggers(Utube types; Hal Turner; etc...) speaking of possible submarine-hostility between Russia/States, in Arctic waters. Anyone heard any stuff about this?

Seemorerocks.com is the Kiwi blogger I usually check out daily.

The US is a pretty small player in the arctic atm. Big voice but small in terms of actual presence. I believe they're very short on icebreakers which would only allow them a few months a year in the region.

Yep.  The rich get even richer!!!

Since it's likely run-off from the mainland, it will continually refill itself!  A near endless supply of fresh water.

Slap some drilling platforms over it, filter and bottle it then send it all over the country for our own use as well as export it at inflated prices to the oil countries in the Middle East in a few decades and get all of our past oil money back.

Global war requires nations with global standing to wage war against each other to the fullest extent. US has never spearheaded a global war, simply because it’s home front is never threatened. US has joined in global wars. So for a global war to happen, we either need an existential threat to the US from another nation or repeat condition of the world wars- where nations of global standing wage war and US to join in. Former category does not exist and the only scenario for a latter scenario is an India-China war that gradually sucks in the major powers in a domino effect. Is that likely ? Not very. India and China, especially the former, has little incentive to wage war right now and both are consumed by lifting its citizens out of poverty. To compound the problem, neither country is very invadable by the other: both have powerful navies and their coasts are far enough away to make a d-day landing scenario impossible. Indians would sink any Chinese flotilla the moment it sails out of the Malaccas and the Chinese would do the same if any Indian flotilla sails into the Malaccas. And given how we still lack the medical and material technology to wage prolonged war 7 km above sea level, the Himalayas will continue to be a major war deterrent between the two.

A third possibility exists and is far more likely: an India-Pakistan war that sucks in China, followed by the US and NATO, followed by Japan, SoKo, Taiwan, NoKo, etc. That is the most likely scenario of a global war. And it will depend on just how crazy the PakistNi military gets in goading India and just how vital does China rate CPEC to be- enough to wage war with India ? Who knows. But the ultimate victor of such a global war would be Russia, since they would remain the only major power that can successfully walk the neutral or friends to both sides.

The US would nuke Russia.  No way the Americans allow Russia to take the leftovers.

I just welcomed the news so that Canada doesn't get invaded for all our fresh water.:gocan:

Invade?  Nah...  Make Canada our fresh water b*tches, just like now being our oil b*tches is more like it!

Canada for the most part cheaply sells off it's raw natural resources rather than actually creating something with them and then selling the finished product for a substantially higher profit.  It's perplexing.

Hey! not single use plastic bottles I hope. haha.

Good news for sure, they think these reservoirs might be all over the planet.

I read in past few years that a lot of big corp were racing to buy up the known water rights? It would be nice if these discoveries harm their attempt at aquiring all the worlds water for mad profit and control.
