There is nothing factually wrong or incorrect about that statement; as employees they are in fact subject to labour laws and codes in the country of canada and the provinces there in. Don't like it, go back and ask your MP for extra laws because the ones we have you don't like WH, I never felt like an employee playing junior hockey.
