alfstonker
Glad to hear that Goldy and Boucher are working hard. Let's face it working consistently hard is the only thing that will prevent these two from having good NHL careers.
stonecoldstevebernier
The Comets about to get underway in Rochester... Subban, Rodin, Carcone, and MacEwen are scratches. (Carcone and MacEwen are injured). No Alex Nylander for the Americans. Demko starts in goal.

DeNiro
Is there a reason why we called up Chaput instead of Rodin? If he's just gonna be sitting down there might as well have him up with the team.
stonecoldstevebernier
Boucher with his first of the year on another PP to make it 2-0! (Despite the Comets getting completely manhandled so far...)

Megna and Hamilton seem like they're getting free vet passes by being able to play centre. But since the Comets are a little lean on centres it would make more sense to keep Chaput there until Cassels is healthy, at least.
DeNiro
Boucher with a couple goals, Goldobin and Archibald with a couple points. Good first period for the Comets.
stonecoldstevebernier
Boucher strikes again for yet another PP goal! 3-0 Comets on five shots... that's the end of the first. Shots are 22-6 for Rochester but the score is miraculously tilted heavily in the Comets' favour.
The_Rocket
Demko with 22 saves in the first period and comets 3/4 on the pp. maybe the Canucks could learn a thing or two...
stonecoldstevebernier
Now 4-0 Comets... LaBate with the fourth PP goal in five attempts. Incredible.

Looks like they've taken them down or only keep it restricted to some regions. Great to see the Comets up and running though. Demko with 22 saves and Comets scoring on 3 of their 6 shots. Talk about making the most of your opportunities haha.. exciting to see. Boucher should be next in line along with Goldy for next call up
