Also congrats to Claude Giroux on his first career hattrick, while breaking the 100 point barrier in the process!

Coach AV may have had some mixed feelings about it. However, we can assure you that the reports are not true that he was fired (who keeps spreading these lies?). AV is here for life.

Congratulations also to @JE14on his prez trophy winning season!

To the exec team for running a great league through the regular season.  And to division winners @Tylez, @somethingvery, @D-Money & @JE14  Also @Mr.Miyagi whom I personally believe made great strides this season. And all playoff participants!

Although we are in the playoff's, happy to be there, up 500 points on last year, we are quite humbled by some of the great performances!

(And humbled by some of our own mistakes  )

In any case, hopefully we can ride some goaltending to a first round upset?  Here is the Boston Bruins 1st round playoff roster;

Evander Kane - William Nylander - Corey Perry

Michael Rafl - Joel Eriksson Ek - Keegan Kolesar

Andrew Agozzino - Dmytro Timashov - Spencer Watson

Travis Sanheim - Gustav Olofsson

Tuukka Rask

Tristan Jarry

Good luck to all play off participants!   (Especially us, who will need it more than most!)

Hey guys,

I'm not doing too well right now - schoolwork/upcoming finals, the whole Broncos bus crash situation, and other personal factors are kind of being a perfect storm right now. I'll try to keep you guys updated with answers about offers, but hopefully I can keep up sooner rather than later.

I'd like to apologize to the rest of the commissioner team as well if I'm absent over the next week or so. @Master Mind, @somethingvery, @Captain Azzy.

You guys trust us to do good work, and right now I can't do that good work. I'll ask that whoever had outstanding offers that were not responded to, or anyone who submits offers in the next week or so, to please have patience. I'll be back well enough in time that everything will be taken care of, it just might take a little longer is all.

Thanks and best of luck to the playoff teams,

Jazz

Well looks like SV and his Hawks are gonna have a walk in the park through to the next round. The Panther's not making the playoffs consisted of 3 Mega Super Stars on my roster... Luongo, McCann, Sceviour.

Really devastated by this news in RL. Was licking my chops over a potential Boston vs Luongo series. I'd legit predict 4 straight shutouts - TKO from the king of kings... Roberto Luongoat :goat:

2017-2018 has to go down as one of the worst seasons I've seen since getting into hockey 2001-02 season. Sedins retirement, potential top 5 draft pick turned into a possible #10 pick? Combined with limited success of former Canucks - unless Anaheim wins the cup... I'd be ok with that. The Ryan Miller effect. Kesler deserves one too... don't get me wrong, I used to hate Kes, Boo'd my lungs out in his first game back. But he doesn't deserve to retire without a cup for what he did in that magical 2011 run. Last but not least... the man that deserves it most... Kevin Bieksa. No "man" greater than Kevin.

I pray to god every night that Sedins pull a Mike Fisher and come back end of season and help us capture the cup with Elias and others on board. Cup 2018-2019 plz thx. Brock scores 70 goals. Playoffs and Season combined. Also becomes president of the USA in 2040 after a historic 23 year career in the NHL. (However, old boys club kidnap him from Vancouver after 3 straight cups)

Not much going on in Denver since the deadline, of note is: prospect Riley Tufte winning the NCAA championship, prospect Cal Foote signing his ELC with Tampa, and waiver acquisition Tomas Jurko being named to the Slovakian world championship team.

Good luck to all the playoff teams

We kindly ask that every GM submit their vote for GM of the year.

Please include the whole commish team when submitting your vote.

Winner will be announced along with the rest of the awards in the offseason.

SV will generously be uploading the playoff pool shortly.

Think of the positives. It makes you right on trading those bums Schwartz and Allen to Tampa. You were just a year ahead of their massive choke job.

2017-18 CDC Playoffs league on Fantrax is now set up. Go to the top left of Fantrax and select 'My Leagues' and select the 2017-18 playoffs CDC Puck league.

Had to set it up using my phone so please check it out and let me know of any issues.

The salary Cap has been increased to $100 million to allow you to use your entire roster except for your unsigned players.

Unfortunately the brackets are in alphabetical order, so there's interlacing conferences in the sequence.

When I transferred over the regular season league to the playoffs, the manually adjustments to player eligibility did not carry over. I dont anticipate that will be an issue in the playoffs due to the limited players who are active, but if you find that's not the case please PM me with the eligibility of the player(s) you need adjusted and I'll edit it. The manual player eligibility will be properly transferred into the 2018-19 season league.

Lastly, like last year I've included the Consolation division so you can see where your team could have been at with overall points had your team made the playoffs.

Good luck everyone!
