Are we getting a tad carried away, with comparative lists on the amounts of approval(+'s)? Mostly come here for insights/discussion on a team I've followed since the 70's.

No big deal, of course.. but seems the whole thing is getting boiled down to a popularity-contest. Unnecessary?
