Honestly I think you have been drawn into some very unhealthy ideas about Muslims, and its really sad. I think if you really go out and look at objective studies on immigration and crime, and also on how Muslim groups in Canada are trying to combat radicalization you'd have a different opinion. 

We have had Muslim leaders in Canada call for death to Jews and homosexuals. Apparently we aren't doing a good enough job to combat it. Instead this government wants to combat people who denounce these people for what they're saying.

I have always been active in threads about terrorism but frankly I am tired of the ignoramuses that start posting about how violent the Muslim religion is.

Just because I haven't posted in the Spain terrorist attack threat doesn't mean that I haven't posted in other threads in the past. Your line there was just a pathetic cheap shot that you took for absolutely no reason. I posted in the London bombing, I made the thread for the attack on the gay night club. I have always condemned radical Muslims. 

 

You deserve no apology for COWARDLY implying that I care less about Muslim terrorists. Your sad attempt at painting me as some sympathizer towards those kinds of terrorists just show how desperate you are to win an argument that you will lie and personally attack someone without any cause.

Anyways, I believe that the US and Canada have an agreement regarding the movement of refugees from one country to the other, so it's not something that can be dealt with by legislation.  This is an unprecedented situation, which may take some time to develop a more efficient process.  Regarding the poster that commented about 'Canada taking America' garbage', I can only say that these people got into the US illegally in the first place.  So the real problem is with the American screening process.

 

The American/Canadian border situation is quite a different matter than the current response to the Syrian Crises.  Canada has one of the best screening processes in the world and the focus is on the most vulnerable refugees; which are usually women and children.  Even Trump has commented that the Canadian screening process is far better than the American.
