Couldn't make a weak Panthers team on a try out... Wouldn't want to take away a roster spot from one of our regulars for him. One of the more remarkable stat lines you'll ever see. Imagine that, your most productive NHL season consisted of 2 assists. Petty impressive numbers...for the Cy Young award. They are a new franchise without the minors assets of other club - when you can add a streaky scorer like Pirri and slip him through to the AHL - he's a good asset to have for depth and for your AHL competitiveness.
