If you're just taking one player for their career, I'd take Daniel. He's got a great balance of goal scoring and playmaking that Hank has almost never had. Hank is one-dimensional in his offensive style, but Daniel has been a sniper and a playmaker throughout his career.

 

Interestingly, on the question of who's had a better career, I'd go with Hank. He's generally held up a bit better in the later years than Daniel has. Since 2013-14, Hank's pulled further ahead in points-per-game, at 0.73 compared to Daniel's 0.70.
