Lowry could be one of those who might not be offered enough to make it work. I see him as a 3-4m player for 3-4 years. D-Money Posted December 13, 2017 Share Posted December 13, 2017 I don't think he'll command enough money for the Jets to have to part with him. The real question is what Winnipeg does at the end of 2018/19, when Laine needs an extension. Also Wheeler and Myers are UFA, and Connor is RFA. I wonder about Goldy, I like him, he's a skilled player, but it seems Green has issues with his work ethic and effort. If not Goldobin, what player(s) would go the other way? As long as the return for him is moderate, I'd be down for this, would serve has a huge upgrade on Brendan Gaunce and may even serve as a replacement on Brandon Sutter. Yes, It’s not like the Jets lack size without Lowry, a Goldobrin swap might make sense.. But if some one offers 3.5 at RFA, I think they get him. But just the one time tho for payback for Bettman taking their team away. Yah they've really done a good job and had some good luck too of course with the lotto.
